Headphones or speaker.

With headphones, each ear gets its own tone and your brain hears the difference as a slow beat. On the speaker, Orb switches by itself to a softly pulsed tone that works without headphones.

Orb is a relaxation sound tool, not a medical device. Don’t listen while driving. If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker or a health concern, ask your doctor before using binaural beats.
