The app
Orb is provided by Frekvens AS, Norway, under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to Orb.
Not a medical device
Orb is a relaxation and focus sound tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor about sleep or health concerns. If you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a pacemaker or other implanted device, or are pregnant, ask your doctor before using binaural beats or pulsed tones.
Listen safely
Do not use Orb while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that needs your full attention. Keep the volume at a comfortable level. Stop if you feel unwell.
Purchases
Orb is free to download. If optional in-app purchases are offered, Apple processes them and Apple’s terms apply to payment, refunds and restoring purchases.
Liability
Orb is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Frekvens AS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Law
Norwegian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country.
